Windows 7? Stuck at game login? Follow steps below.

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS APPLICABLE ONLY TO WINDOWS 7 USER!!!!
- CHECK IF YOU ARE USING THE LATEST CLIENT
- CHECK IF YOUR USERID AND PASSWORD IS CORRECT

1. Check your windows 7 system type (32Bit or 64Bit), Click the link below for a tutorial.

2. Choose and download the manual windows update below according to your system type.

3. Run the downloaded file, please don't change the extraction path if possible. If the extraction path is change auto installation will not work you must contact support page.

4. A window will pop up installing KBxxxxxx, Please do not close it and wait for 35 to 40 minutes. When the installation is finished you will be prompted to "press any key to restart", once prompted please press any key while the installation window is open.


5. Go to windows update and change settings to "check for updates but let me choose whether to install them" see video below.

6. In the same window "windows update" click check for updates and wait. Once done click important updates and unselect all important updates, see the video below.

7. Find and select updates as shown in the screenshot below and then install, restart your computer, and your good to go.
